How we started
Filament by Design is a business run by a Husband and wife team, using their combined knowledge of graphics and engineering to create useful and fun products for your home.
Bethan has over 10 years experience in graphic design and selling into the e-commerce area, she runs multiple businesses and have worked with many small businesses to help develop their range of sellable items. Using this knowledge and experience, Bethan can develop the practical products and bring some aseptically pleasing elements into the design.
Simon has over 10 years working as a design engineer in different corporate areas. He is highly skilled in taking a sketch design and turning it into a fully working 3d model that can then be made into products that fit and function to the highest advantage possible.
Together they bring both of their skill sets to create the products you see in the shop. With four boys, they have vast experience of hot wheels so that made a good starting point
