The Pacific Northwest is my Home and prime Pendleton® Wool Country
My mother taught me to sew when I was a teenager and it has been a part of my life ever since. My passion for Pendleton® Wool started when I entered and won their "Make It Yourself With Wool" contest. That's been years ago, but I still enjoy browsing their stores for new fabrics and designing useful products. Pendleton® Wool with its inspiring Native American motifs and bright colors make an everyday item a work of art. My products range from Home Décor Pillow Covers to bags, pouches, and sleeves for tech gadgets. I design, make my own patterns, cut and sew each handmade item in my shop.
I am an avid hiker, camper and fisherwoman. Love the outdoors! I am in awe of our National Parks and therefore taken with the Pendleton Blanket line featuring the National Parks with their brightly colored stripes and thick wool. Some of my favorite projects involve these unique blankets; pillow covers, Christmas stockings and small wares.
My home is in Central Oregon. I enjoy wide open spaces here, including a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain Range that greets me each morning. It never gets old and I feel blessed. The occasional wildlife strolls in; hawks, eagles, owls, deer, bunnies, quail, blue birds, hummingbirds and red fox. They entertain me daily.
