Shipping
I ship to the Etsy address indicated but if you prefer a different address let me know now!
I usually ship within 3/7 working days of purchase and receipt of payment if the purchased garment (s) is already ready otherwise I need more days for packaging and preparation.
The preparation of the package is accurate and safe but unfortunately I am not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
TIMING
Shipments to America, Japan, Australia and New Zealand normally arrive after 15-20 days, but it could also take 30 days.
For Europe the times are a bit faster, about 7-15 days.
We mean working days, therefore holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and various holidays are excluded.
Generally if your purchase does not arrive within about 4 weeks after your order, please warn me, I will be available to try to solve any kind of problem regarding the goods shipped.
COSTS AND SHIPPING METHODS
I ship items with posta1 and postapriority of Poste Italiane, the cheapest way. There is no tracking of the shipment, nor insurance. If you prefer registered mail let me know before buying, of course the costs will be increased.
Shipping costs can be viewed under "Shipping and conditions of sale" of each item and include the cost of the package and packaging.
Any customs fees are charged to the buyer.

As for the sizes I follow denominations, tables and measurements that also use the stores internationally.
Always check the measurements that I attach to each garment because each child has his own growth and not always the months correspond to the actual size.
You will find the months and in brackets a value that refers to the HEIGHT of the child in centimeters.

Tracking shipment
For shipments I use the Poste Italiane service:
- post 1 for Italy
- international priority mail for the rest of the countries.
There is no tracking and no insurance to maintain a low rate.
