Privacy policy · FinRunway Studio

This policy explains how FinRunway Studio ("we") uses the personal data you share when you buy from our Etsy shop.

What we receive
When you place an order, Etsy shares with us the information needed to complete it: your name, your Etsy username, the email address linked to your order, your order details, and any message you send us. We sell digital downloads only, so we do not need or ask for a postal address.

Why we use it
• To deliver your order and answer your questions (performance of a contract).
• To help with a technical problem or a file you cannot open (legitimate interest).
• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We never send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with
Only with Etsy, which processes payments and hosts the shop, and, where required, with tax authorities or our accountant. Etsy's own privacy policy applies to the data Etsy collects.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax purposes (usually up to 10 years). Messages are kept while your order may still need support.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Send us a message on Etsy and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
