RETURN POLICY
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me if there are any problems! If the names or monograms provided at checkout were not correct, or if you approved a proof prior to print, please know that I cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to spelling or customization issues. If there is any mistake on my part, I will of course promptly replace your item free of charge. And if you are not happy for any other reason, please reach out to me and we will find a way to fix it!
ELECTRONIC PROOFS + APPROVALS
I want you to be completely happy with your order! That’s why every custom order receives an electronic proof via Etsy convo. I will copy your personalization text exactly as you have provided it. Please check everything carefully, as I cannot refund or accept returns of personalized products due to spelling or customization issues once I have approval to print.
I am happy to make changes until you love it, and proofs *must be approved* before the order is sent to print. I will follow up with you no more than four times. If I do not hear back from you at all after two weeks from the time the proof was sent, I will need to cancel the transaction, since I don't want you to have paid for something you don't receive.
SHIPPING METHODS + PRICING
{U.S. SHIPPING} All orders of $35 or more ship free! Small orders under $35 ship USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days in transit) starting at $4. Larger orders under $35, Christmas cards, and art prints ship Priority Mail (2-3 business days in transit) starting at $5. You will receive shipment tracking with each order. Priority Mail and Express upgrades are available at checkout.
{INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING} Orders ship Global Postal or USPS Priority Mail International with shipment tracking. Base shipping price for international orders is $30; depending on destination and order size, final pricing may be higher or lower. I don't want anyone to be surprised, so convo me first for a quote!
STATIONERY PACKAGING
Flat note card sets include 12 note cards and matching envelopes; folded note card sets include 10 cards and matching envelopes.
The Find A Penny logo is printed on the back of all folded notecards. If you are ordering a customized card and would like for the logo to be removed, please let me know. The logo is also stamped onto the back of each notepad.
Stationary sets are gift-ready, packaged in a clear gift box. Notepads and art prints are sealed in a clear cello sleeve. All stationery and notepad orders come with my shop label, which includes a real, shiny penny (heads up, of course!) for good luck.
COLOR ACCURACY
There is always a chance that there may be a difference between the colors you see on your screen and the way the colors look when printed. But I have worked very hard to make sure that what you see in the listing photo is what you receive in-hand. I confidently stand behind it and do not think you will be disappointed! But, as always, if you have any questions or problems, just reach out to me!
CANCELATION POLICY
Even if an item isn't personalized, I custom print each order as I receive it. So my official policy is that I cannot accept cancelations, since I often begin printing right away. But if you change your mind on an order, please reach out to me -- I will definitely work with you to find a solution. Please note that, for personalized items, once a proof is approved, I cannot accept cancelations and the order must be paid in full.
