Package says delivered but I haven’t received it

Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. That being said - it would be my pleasure to assist you in anyway that I can.
