I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the pattern. It is clearly stated in the listing that this is a pdf pattern for printing and includes instructions on transferring the pattern to your fabric.

I received the patterns the same day after ordering. They were perfectly centered and easy to follow. The final project was was beautiful and personalized for each new teacher.
