Finding Your Essence was created from my personal journey of self-discovery, healing, and reconnecting with who I truly am. Like many people, there was a time when I felt disconnected from myself and was searching for ways to feel more aligned, grounded, and fulfilled.

Through my own healing journey, I discovered practices like intentional self-care, energy work, and spiritual wellness. I began exploring tools that helped me reconnect with my inner peace and confidence, including waist beads, candles, and ritual practices that encourage mindfulness and self-love.

What started as a personal practice soon became something I wanted to share with others.

Each piece I create is made with intention, care, and positive energy, with the hope that it supports others on their own journey of growth and self-connection. My goal with Finding Your Essence is to create items that remind people to slow down, honor themselves, and reconnect with the energy within them.

I truly believe that when we take time to care for ourselves and listen to our inner voice, we begin to rediscover our true essence.
