How do I send photo for custom order?
Message the seller directly on the platform and attach your photo.
Do you offer proofs before making the product?
Yes! I provide a proof for all custom products and wait for your approval before starting production. This ensures you're happy with the design before it’s made.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change the address as long as the order hasn't gone into production yet. Just message me as soon as possible with the updated details!
What happens if my item is returned to the sender after shipping?
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete shipping address. If an item is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to resend the item.
What happens if I don’t respond to the mockup message?
If I don’t receive your response within 1 day after sending the mockup, I’ll assume you approve the design and proceed with production using the last mockup sent.
Can I make changes after production starts?
Once production begins, no further edits or changes can be made since your custom design has already entered the printing process. Please review your mockup carefully before approval.
