- Do not use alcohol to clean any acrylic products.
- Do not keep the products in water for too long.
- Acrylic items can scratch, so be mindful about where you attach your keychain!
Custom and personalised orders
You can always shoot me a message if you have a custom idea!
My acrylic standee/keychain looks murky or has scratches. What do I do?
Please make sure to remove the protective film on each side of the product!
How long will it take to receive my order?
The shop is managed by me and all orders are packed and fulfilled by me as well.
My goal is to ship your order to you the following Monday after you place your order.
You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your item ships (if included).
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 6 weeks but can even extend by 3 months in rare cases.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays through customs. All packages are sent from the EU.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to the size of my shop, I cannot offer any refunds/returns or new products yet if they were damaged in transit.
Once I pack and send an order, it is sadly impossible for me to control, if it gets to you safely.
Packaging
Keychains and stickers come in small plastic bags or organza bags. These are reusable, so please give them a second life if possible.
