5 out of 5 starsThis review is for the girlies new to Batana oil like myself. The other reviews came across as veterans who knew what they were looking for. I would say this oil is similar to Jamaican Black Castor oil: dark brown and smells like roasted coffee beans. I think this oil is thinner than JBCO, but just like JBCO a little goes a long way. I used this oil for a week (in-between wash days) before typing this review. I have 4c fine hair. I used this on my scalp and the length of my hair to seal in my hair cream. My hair was soft, scalp clean with no flakes or residue. Adding this oil to my hair regime didn't interrupt anything, which is a keeper in my book. Overall I would recommend this oil & this seller.
