This item is not right for me, may I return it?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know! I accept returns on any unused items for any reason (within 1 month of purchase) and will issue a full refund or replace your item for you.

How quickly will you ship out my purchase?

Orders ship within 24hrs of payment excluding Saturday

What shipping options are available to me?

I use USPS Priority mail with tracking which will reach you in 2-3 business days (Within USA).

International shipping is handled through USPS First Class. I have had very few problems with my 1,000+ international shipments, but because of my unfamiliarity with the postal system outside of the US I will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or any other mail issues once the item has left the US.

Buyers will be responsible for import taxes when applicable. If you fail to pay import taxes and the item is returned to me, only the cost of the item will be refunded.

How do you package my items?

All orders ship very well padded and I only use recycled packing materials. (Newspapers, advertisements etc.) I don't believe in using plastic and Styrofoam as shipping materials but I jump on the chance to reuse any that I come across.
