I was reading an Etsy article about writing about your Shop Story. I'm not a good writer, I'm more of a visual person! But one thing that really stood out in this article was to talk about what you love. They also said to create a "love list" of what you love to do!! So this will be my Love List...

1. I love being a Grandmother, I get to spoil my beautiful 6 year old granddaughter!
2. I love to read really good murder mystery books, send me your book list!
3. On a really nice day, I love playing tennis with my friends to get some exercise.
4. My favorite colors are purple and red, sometimes together and sometimes apart.
5. I love red wine, ok, I like almost any kind of wine... a nice cold chardonnay in the summer and a nice warm red in the winter.
6. My favorite love is to create something special from sheets of copper, silver or brass.
My goal is to always think about my customers and what they like to wear. I look at some trends, but I'm really not a trendy person. Trends come and go, I stick with
classic designs that I hope will be jewelry that you will keep wearing for a long time.
I love to mix my metal together to create something unique and special. But what I really love to do is melt metal!! I get my map gas torch out and melt copper and silver together or silver and silver to make a special texture. It's fun to make something special for one of my customers and send it off knowing that someone will be wearing a piece of my jewelry! I just started make spinner bracelets. They are so much fun to make. I'm trying different metal combinations together as the spinners and as the base. It's fun to experiment with different textures too! I'm always on the look out for unusual texture or color combinations for my ideas. It might be a sunset or the color of the trees and the sky together. Looking at fabrics for colors are always inspiring too!
6. I love spending time with my family and friends. Many thanks to them for their love and support to keep me creating.
