About Us

The Firefly Collective was originally created by a husband (Tony) and wife (Em) team who love to create. We now carry on in Tony's memory. I am a nerdy, southern, snarky pet mom who drinks way too much diet Coke. Theo & Sunny are the shop dogs in charge of morale ... and everything else for that matter.

We offer laser engraving, sublimation & more. That means we can put a graphic or text on most anything that will sit still. Items such as, but not limited to, glasses, tumblers, mugs, wood or slate signs, totes, magnets, jars, coasters ... the list goes on and on.

We especially love custom orders. If you've got a logo or graphic (that you have rights to use) or just an idea, send us a message and we'll try to make it happen.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns are typically not accepted because everything we make is made to order. On the rare occasion when we approve a return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless defective, we will not pay for return shipping. We will happily remake any item that has a defect in manufacturing. If you have any problems, please give us a chance to make things right before leaving a nasty review. Our customers are important to us and we will make problems right.
Payment
Direct Etsy checkout or PayPal payments are welcomed. Each item is custom made to order and therefore once an item is made, I cannot accept cancellations.
Shipping
If you've noticed a price increase it is because Etsy has issued guidance to sellers to include shipping charges in the price of our items so that shipping is 'free'. Therefore as of July 15, 2019 all pricing in our shop has been adjusted to use this all inclusive pricing model. You will not be charged additional shipping costs if you are in the US. We will ship USPS First Class Mail if the package is under 1 lb 1 oz and Priority if over that cut off point. If you are ordering multiple items, we will be offering discounts to in essence combine shipping costs. It is important to us that our customers receive value for what they purchase from us.

We ship quickly, securely and with tracking numbers (where available).

Please please please make sure your shipping address in your profile is correct. There have been a couple of instances were people have the wrong address listed, their items gets shipped to the wrong place and then they're not happy with us. We regretfully cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Please also understand that once a package is in the hands of USPS, we have no control. We must rely on tracking numbers. If mail is lost, we must at the very least, work through the Postal Services' system to try and find the missing package. We're not able to refund an order that is showing as delivered.

Non US customers are responsible for any Custom Charges, Duties, Taxes or additional postage.

Additional policies and FAQs
Because our pricing is now all inclusive (you will not be charged additional shipping costs if you are in the US) we will use USPS First Class mail for shipping package that weight 16oz and under and USPS Priority Mail for packages more than 16 oz.
