i paid for the item,,seller told me they would ship in 10 days. its been almost a month and the seller will not answer my emails

This is an amazing hand forged towel rack! The detailed leaf and vine are so well crafted and solid! It’s a definite focal point of my kitchen. It looks great with a dish towel hanging from it and even better by itself! The forger was very responsive to my questions and willing to make the exact size I needed to fit my space. This is a fantastic purchase!
