Shipping Policies
Incorrect Address/Returned Mail
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. Orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
First Born Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen USPS packages. Once the tracking information is updated by USPS, our shop is no longer responsible for the item.
How do you make your shirts?
For most of our shirts the method we use is called screen printing. The only time we would use heat transfer vinyl would be for custom orders and that would be included in the description of the item.
We chose screen printing because it produces a higher quality print that will last much longer than vinyl. We can also create more unique looking designs and it will show more detail to the design!
