❓Will the photocard display system work with my monitor?
The photocard display system works best with monitors that have a flat back surface. Some curved-back monitors may not be compatible. An optional monitor bracket may be included at no extra charge; however, compatibility is not guaranteed. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us before ordering.
❓How tight should the rail screw be on the photocard display system?
Only light pressure is required to securely hold the rail in place. Do not over-tighten. FirstCutPuzzles is not responsible for damage caused by over-tightening or for any damage that may occur to photocards.
❓Will the photocard display system damage my monitor or photocards?
When installed as intended using light pressure, the photocard display system is designed to be monitor-safe. FirstCutPuzzles is not responsible for damage to monitors or photocards resulting from improper installation, over-tightening, or misuse.
❓Will the sleeve scratch my lightstick?
Textured finishes are designed to improve grip and may cause light surface marks with frequent installation or removal. For best results, we recommend minimizing how often the sleeve is removed.
❓Are there imperfections in 3D printed items?
Items in this shop are 3D printed and may have minor variations or subtle layer lines. These are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not affect performance.
