4 out of 5 starsI do like the silver plated bookmark. I asked for initials on dangly circle and asked if possible to add a heart at the end. The initials are not in caps and now it looks as if I’m abbreviating the word ’kiss’. My fault, I should have been more clear when ordering.

4 out of 5 starsThe item came as ordered and is beautiful. My only complaint (although minor) is that the pieces are all separate and the keychain needs to be put together. I was surprised by that, as it was not listed in the description. Not too big a deal, but wish I knew ahead of time.
