Confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to your Etsy account. You can also download the files from under the 'Purchases and Reviews' section in your Etsy account on your computer or mobile browser.

How do I extract files from a zip folder?
- Double click on the folder to open it
- Click on the file you need
- Click extract at the top. Most computers send the files to the downloads folder
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
