Custom, Personalized orders & Refunds
Custom Orders:
Unless there is a mistake made by me on a customized item I cannot issue refunds for them. So please make sure the wording or initials are in the order you need them in before submitting your request. Thank you!
Refunds:
I cannot issue refunds for shipping costs if you are not happy with an item. I apologize if this causes you any inconvenience.
Care instructions
*DECAL INSTRUCTIONS*
*The decal is not movable after placement*
1- Clean the area before applying the decal with mild soap. Do not use Windex.
2- Firmly rub the instructional card (or other plastic card) across the clear transfer tape.
3- Slowly peel the blue/white backing paper off the decal. The decal should remain attached to the clear tape. If it doesn't, lay it back down and repeat step 2.
4- Lower the decal onto the surface and rub down in place using the same method as in step 2. Push out any bubbles.
5- Slowly peel away the clear tape. If any part of the decal
Clothing: Please do not use fabric softener when washing my designs.
Water Bottles and Tumblers: Hand washing is recommended. Use the dishwasher at your own risk.
Sizing details
Please see each individual listing for sizing.
Specifically heart decals - I recommend 5.5" and above especially on SUV's.
