Taxes
Please be aware that some countries impose customs fees and taxes for packages that enter your country. These fees are kept by your government and are outside of your purchase with me.
Order Processing Timeline
Our current turnaround is 1 to 3 business days. If you need something faster please convo me!If you are needing something by a specific date, please put that in the notes to seller section.
International delivery of shipments
We recommend that for all international orders you track your shipment online using the tracking number that we provide to you. Once your shipment arrived at your country and cleared custom make sure your package does not need to be claim - contact your local post office and confirm/claim the package as soon as possible.
If your shipment is not claimed on the destination within the corresponding period (this period varies from one country to another) said shipment will be abandoned and cannot be claimed. If you have any problem with delivery, please contact us ASAP.
Lost parcel
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and will log an investigation through Ukranian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is garanteed.
Non-delivery
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fess.

Shipping usually takes about 2-4 weeks.
Here is an approximate shipping time from Ukraine:
- USA: 2-4 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Australia: 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of World: 3-6 weeks
Payment by credit card
You can pay by credit card directly without a Pay Pal account!
Click "Checkout with PayPal" and you will be redirected to PayPal. Instead of paying with your PayPal account, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." You will be prompted to fill in your billing information and credit card details. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment will not be sent until you click Submit Order on Etsy.
