5 out of 5 starsI love the picture. I don't care for the paper the picture was printed on. To me the amount charged for what I received wasnt worth the cost. I also didn't like that it was rolled and put in a tube to ship instead of mailed flat.

How do I send my photo?
You can send your high-quality photo through Etsy Messages after placing your order. You may also send it by email if preferred. Please include your order number so I can match the photo to your purchase.
Can I request a fully custom design from scratch?
Yes, custom orders are welcome. If you have a specific idea, theme, outfit, background, style, or special detail in mind, please message me before or after placing your order and I will help create a personalized portrait based on your wishes.

Can you create one portrait using several different photos?
Yes, I can combine pets or people from different photos into one finished portrait. Please send clear photos of each subject, preferably taken from a similar angle and in good lighting.
What kind of photo should I send?
For the best result, please send a clear, high-resolution photo taken in natural light. The face should be close up, fully visible, and not blurry. Photos where the subject is far away, partially hidden, very dark, heavily filtered, or low resolution may affect the final quality of the portrait.
Can you create a group portrait?
Yes, group portraits are available. I can create artwork with multiple pets, people, or both. Please choose the correct option for the number of subjects or contact me if you need a custom group order.
