What are beaded charms?
Beaded charms are just additional handmade charms I can add to your keychain :D
They are generally made to match the keychain's color scheme. It can also be personalized to spell a specific word if you'd like! To do that, you can just message me or add a note to your order, and I'll do it for free.
You can find examples of them in some listings (ex. Chibi Doctor Who or Daredevil Shaker)
Why did my keychain arrive scratched/Do I remove the protective plastic film?
It's very likely that what is scratched on your keychain is actually the protective film! The majority of keychains will arrive with a thin plastic film on one or both sides of the keychain. This is just for safety during shipping and to protect it.
Please remove this from your keychain as it's absolutely not needed anymore and will only make your keychain look muddy and damaged, when it isn't!
