Two categories of digital items available at Five Two Nine Designs
Digital items are available in two categories:
1. Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
2. Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that we will make to your specifications after you purchase them. We will send your files to you once they are ready.
I can’t find my download notification email or haven't received a link to download my files
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
You can access your files by:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

You can go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

Send us your email address and we can email the files to you.
