the kit came quickly, connected to the installation instructions, good info, followed the instructions and the sag issue has been fixed!!! I recommend this kit if your 2023 IS350 has the bumper to fender sag problem.

Excellent customer service and follow up! A known problem for these cars that lexus fails to properly fix, if you have a 500 or 350 these are a must have! No more sag and the corners sit perfectly flush to the fender. My car is now perfect how it should have been from the factory. Thank you again for having the bumper sit like a proper luxury car
