All of our templates are fully self-editable using Canva, a free and user-friendly design platform. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll simply need to create one to get started. Canva allows you to edit your template at your convenience, so if your event details change (like the date or venue), you can easily make updates.

Your template never expires, and you can download it as many times as you need. Editing the wording, font style, font color, and size is entirely free. Please note that accessing additional Canva features, such as resizing templates or using premium graphics, may incur extra costs from Canva.

Once your purchase is complete, your download link will be available in your Etsy account under the "Purchases" section.

If you're using the Etsy app on your phone, you won’t see the link—you’ll need to use a web browser or desktop device.

Be sure to log into Etsy.com before navigating to the "Purchases" section.

If you checked out as a guest, your download link will be sent to your email. If you used Apple ID sign-in, it will be sent to your Apple-registered email. Should you have trouble locating the download, please contact me via Etsy messages for assistance.

The PDF you downloaded contains the link to access your Canva template. Simply click the "Click HERE" link in the document to open your template. This PDF also includes instructions for editing, downloading, and printing your template or using it as a digital invite.

Your purchase covers the time and effort involved in designing, arranging, and preparing the template for instant use. This saves you the waiting time of back-and-forth communication. Rest assured, my templates are original and created with design software before being made editable in Canva.

For those who prefer not to edit the template themselves, I offer an "Edit for Me" option for an additional fee.

Yes! If you’d like me to handle the editing, simply select the "Edit for Me" option from the custom section of my shop and include the details for your invitation in the notes section or via Etsy messages. My turnaround time for edits is 24–48 hours.

Yes, I can accommodate custom orders. Please reach out to discuss your project before placing an order to ensure it can be completed. Once we’ve finalized the details, I’ll provide you with a custom listing link. You’ll receive a proof within 48 hours, and unlimited revisions are available until you’re satisfied with the final design.

Absolutely! After editing your invitation, save it as a PNG or JPG file to send via text or email. For detailed instructions, refer to the provided PDF or message me for step-by-step guidance.

I don’t provide printing services, but you can print smaller templates at home or take your files to a professional print shop (e.g., Office Depot, Staples, FedEx, Walgreens). Canva also offers printing services, but using them is optional.
