4 out of 5 starsI thought this was a shirt but it looks like it used to be a dress with the skirt cut off. It has a frayed hem now all along the bottom with stretched out old elastic. Going to need to completely re-hem the edge so it doesn’t look so tattered.

Every item I sell is in used and vintage condition, unless labeled otherwise. I use a scale from good to excellent vintage condition to describe overall wear of each item. If there is a noticeable stain, mark or tear, I will take a close-up photo of the imperfection. Please note as a small business I do not honor returns or exchanges.
