What you see on FlashbacksUSA and on our huge FlashbacksUSA website is just the tip of the iceberg. We have hundreds of retro style posters and tens of thousands of original magazine ads going back to the late 1800’s for just about any subject you can think of.

Once an item has left our facility it becomes the full responsibility of the USPS – we ship all items via USPS Ground Select or Priority Mail and both are fully insured. If you should have a problem with a shipment, contact your delivering post office first and if you need guidance feel free to contact us and we can help you with the claim process with the USPS.

Once order is marked "In Transit," it is the responsibility of the USPS - the USPS website provides up-to-date and precise tracking details. Please note that while Etsy shows an estimated delivery window at checkout, it is not accurate, the official shipping timeline is managed entirely by USPS. For the most accurate and reliable updates, refer to your tracking status on USPS

We have a firm no return policy. Unfortunately, buyer scams on Etsy are the reason. However, if you do have a legitimate concern we will be happy to see if we can assist. Examples:
• “Not Delivered” but the USPS tracking scans show as delivered. Buyer wants immediate refund, refuses to contact their local post office for help.
• “Damaged,” but buyer refuses to provide visual proof. Demands immediate refund but “they will keep the item anyway.”
• Buyer claims they expected "something different" than item sent, even though item description is crystal clear. Demands immediate refund but will “keep the item anyway.”
• Buyers also scan paper items & request an immediate return & refund after they have copied the item.
