5 out of 5 starsThis is exactly what I was looking for. The instructions seem very clear and the pattern is easy to follow as well. No need for customer service which is the best customer service of all, and there was no need for shipping as it was a downloadable pattern, but that was very easy so I rated that under the shipping category.
