🚚 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders include free worldwide shipping. No extra fees or surprises at checkout.
⏳ How long will my order take to arrive?
Prints are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but usually takes:
USA: 5–8 business days
Canada/Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
Please note: While most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days, all items are made to order and processing times can vary depending on order volume and location. For this reason, I list a slightly extended production window to ensure accurate delivery estimates.
🎨 What kind of paper do you use for your art prints?
Each print is made using thick, museum-quality matte poster paper (189 gsm) with vibrant, long-lasting inks. Perfect for gallery walls or gifts.
📐 Can I request a custom size?
At the moment, I only offer the sizes listed in each product. But I’m always open to feedback, so feel free to message me if there’s a size you'd love to see added!
📦 How are prints packaged and shipped?
Prints are securely packaged in either a sturdy flat mailer or a protective mailing tube, depending on the size. They ship directly from my trusted print partner to ensure safe, fast delivery.
✨ Do you take custom requests or commissions?
At this time, I’m not accepting custom artwork or commissions. I’m focused on growing my current collection — but I always love hearing what kinds of designs you're excited about, so feel free to send a suggestion!
📬 What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?
Please contact me as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is returned to sender, or has not arrived as expected. To ensure I have the best chance of resolving the issue with my printing and shipping partners, I kindly ask that any problems be reported within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date shown on your order.
Reporting issues promptly helps me investigate problems and arrange replacements more quickly, as fulfillment partners and carriers may have time limits on claims and reprints.
⚠️ Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
All items in my shop are made to order. Because of this, I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.
Cancellations are only possible within approximately 2 hours of placing your order. After that, orders are sent into production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Please double-check your address, sizing, quantity, and any other details before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Please note: Orders may still appear as “not shipped” on Etsy even while they are already in the process of being printed or prepared for shipment. Once production begins, orders can no longer be changed or canceled.
