We have a no return and no cancellation policy. This means we cannot issue a refund or cancel an existing order after it's been placed. All orders are made to order and we pride ourselves on working quickly and efficiently so a cancelation really hurts our business.

If it is that you MUST cancel your order, you will have to pay a 50% cancellation fee and will only receive a 50% refund.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us within 1-3 days of delivery with pictures as proof of the damage. We will then send a replacement(s). We do not offer refunds on damaged items, as it's not cost-effective.
