SHIPPING UPDATE AND POLICY

ALL POSTAL SERVICES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN DELIVERING PACKAGES ACROSS THE US. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE DOING OUR BEST, BUT TRANSIT TIMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package has been lost and USPS cannot locate it or doesn’t have record of it in transit, we will replace the item. Know that the USPS process for tracking a lost package can take up to 3 days for them to even investigate. We do our best to be transparent with the customers on this and share the information they give us, but we are not responsible after it leaves our shop.

If you are ordering something and you have a tight deadline, know that we are not responsible for this either. We do all we can to get our packages out before our anticipated date, but we are not in control of the USPS system. We suggest passing on an order of a tight deadline is approaching. Please don’t shift the risk onto us. If we see that you need tour item(s) in too quickly of a timeframe, we will refund the order immediately.
