Hi magical beings! My name is Hope and I am the creator of Luna Xochitl. This shop is for those on the medicine, spiritual, and middle path. It is for Latin and Bipoc witches and medicine workers especially, if you are white, please recognize that you are a guest in this space.

Luna Xochitl means moon flower. Luna, in Spanish for moon. Xochitl (show-cheel) is the nahuatl (aztec) word for flower. The datura, or moon flower has always been a sacred and powerful plant medicine and poison in Mexico. This name is also in reverence to our lord of flowers, Xochipilli, who speaks to me and I honor in my work.

I’m inspired by the cycles of nature, my celtic and indigenous mexica ancestry, the moon, mysteries of night and the cosmos, and the magic and medicine of plants, especially wildflowers. All of my work is handmade with lots of love, and I use upcycled things when I can from fabric to packaging. Thanks for looking 🌙✨
