How do I download my files?
After purchase, Etsy will email you a receipt with a download link. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, or Promotions folders.
You can also download your order by logging into Etsy on a web browser (not the mobile app) and going to Your Account → Purchases and reviews → Download Files, or by clicking here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Your download will include a PDF containing a link to your art files. Inside the PDF, you’ll see either a black button labeled "Download Now"/"Click Here To Download" or a blue highlighted link -- simply click either one to access your files.
I used Apple Pay -- where is my download?
If you checked out using Apple Pay or an Apple ID, Etsy may have sent your download link to a randomly-generated Apple email address.
If this is the case, download your order by clicking here using a web browser (not the mobile app): www.etsy.com/your/purchases

Why isn’t the download button inside the PDF clickable?
If the button isn't clickable, the PDF is likely being viewed in preview mode.
Quick fix: Download the PDF, then open it in a web browser (like Safari or Chrome) and click the button again.
Can I print bigger than 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 5x7/ISO, or 11x14?
Yes! These are simply the base ratios included with your purchase. Each ratio allows for multiple print sizes, including large poster sizes. A full list of supported dimensions is below.
If you’d like to print larger than the sizes listed, please message us before purchasing to ensure we can accommodate.

What are your recommendations for printing?
There are a few great ways to print your artwork, depending on the quality you’re looking for. Below are our recommendations, in order:
1. Professional online print labs (best quality), such as WhiteWall, The Print Space, or Mpix.
2. Local print shops (faster & more cost-effective), such as Staples, Costco, or Office Depot.
3. Home printing (fastest & cheapest). Please note that color and overall quality may vary depending on your printer, settings, and ink.
Paper Tip: For a clean, modern look, choose a heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock. For vintage-style prints, archival fine art paper delivers the most authentic vintage look.
Where can I find the frames shown in your photos?
The frames shown in our listing photos are digital mockups and are not physical frames for sale. However, here are three frame websites that we really like:

Additionally, we recommend searching by your preferred keywords -- e.g. "thin wooden frame" -- on sites like Etsy, Michaels, Ikea, Amazon, and Target
Do you offer custom prints?
We offer custom hand-drawn quote prints in our signature minimalist cursive style (etsy.com/listing/4473053222), as well as custom location prints (etsy.com/listing/4333471688).
We also offer color, size, and orientation customization for most prints. If we’re able to accommodate your request, we’ll direct you to our customization add-on listing, which must be purchased alongside the print you’d like customized (etsy.com/listing/1522041887).
Do you offer printed versions of your artwork?
At this time, we only offer digital downloads of our artwork. After your purchase, you will receive high-resolution JPG files that can be downloaded instantly and printed at the size of your choice.
Many customers choose to print their artwork through local print shops, online printing services, or at home using high-quality paper. Please see our above question regarding recommendations for printing for more information.
For the prints with the beige textured background and black text/graphics -- is the beige part of the file, or should I print them on beige paper?
The beige textured background you see in the listing photos is built directly into the artwork file. That means the color and texture are already part of the design and will print exactly as shown.
For best results, we recommend printing these designs on standard white or off-white paper. Printing on beige paper may change the intended color of the artwork since the beige background is already included in the file.
Is your art for commercial use?
FloralsPrints art is only authorized for personal use. Modification, commercial use, mass reproduction, or resale -- whether digital or printed -- is not permitted without explicit permission. FloralsPrints is not a public domain source.
