Just finished the introduction and as always Connie does not disappoint. Clear information, easy to read and understand. Connie introduced me to Stinging Nettles tea almost a year ago and it works exactly like this little book describes. Natural energy, and it really helps my depression. Connie is my go to Guru for all things herbal and holistic. Connie is also a Life Coach, Reiki practitioner, and business owner, and is, by her own admission, a lifelong student of all things natural and treating the whole body.
