My name is Maria and I am the owner of this family operated nursery located in Western New York.

All my life I have been surrounded by plants that I have been successfully growing them for over 25 years.

All plants I am offering are healthy, well-groomed and grown with love and care. Seeds are fresh only, all are tested for germination.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS - Please Read Carefully:

1. We do not ship internationally.

2. We do not ship to PO Boxes but can make exceptions. Please discuss it before ordering. We do not take responsibility for consequences of PO Box delivery.

3. If you live in an area where the temperatures could drop below 40F, we recommend that you purchase heat pack for the plant's protection (this gives reasonable level of protection but does not guarantee 100% plant's survival under extreme conditions). In any case please carefully consider the weather in your area. We do not take responsibility for frozen plants. Same relates to overheat (with temperatures above 80F).

4. We guarantee the quality of our plants. If one should perish during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours with relevant pictures. We will refund the cost of the plant or send a replacement one.
Please note: absolutely no refunds or replacements will be given after 24 hours of receipt.

5. We are not responsible for any items lost or delayed in the mail processing, showing as delivered but not found for any reason, damaged during transit, or any other
 problems with USPS. If any of these situations should occur, please file a claim directly with USPS.

6. We only guarantee live plant shipment, further survival upon arrival is up to you and we take no responsibility for that. Please, upon receipt of your order, do not leave the plants in the
package but create the necessary conditions for them as soon as possible.

7. To ensure good conditions of our plants we usually ship orders on Monday-Tuesday to have them delivered ASAP during business days. If you want your order shipped on other days, please contact us.
