The beach will ALWAYS be our happy place.
Living in Florida the beach has always been a huge part of our memories growing up. My sister and I grew up enjoying the beach and all of its glory, the blistering heat of the sand, the seaweed wrapped around our legs as we frantically scream, waves knocking us down time and time again and with each mouth full of salt water, our love for the beach grew stronger.
My sister and I merged our love for the beach and and our interest for home decor into one when we created FloridaShellSisters. We get starry eyed over seashells that trigger nostalgic memories and still go wild for sea life and seashells we have newly discovered. When we vacation at new beaches our hope is to always bring home new inspiration and vision to create and ultimately share with our customers.
I can remember walking on the beaches of Sanibel Island until my feet were numb from walking on millions of tiny shell and screaming "SEAGLASS" every time I stumbled across even the smallest remnant. Remembering this moments as a child and still enjoying them as an adult makes my heart smile.
