5 out of 5 starsI wanted to stitch this pattern for my niece who LOVES makeup. The pattern arrived a very few minutes after my payment cleared. The pattern had clear symbols and was easy to read. This will be a very easy pattern to follow. I didn't rate the customer service because I had no need for customer service. Based on other aspects of purchasing this pattern, I'm sure the customer service would be fantastic.
