What file types will I receive?
You’ll get both PDF Print and JPEG (300 DPI) files. PDF is best for professional printing, JPEG is perfect for home printing.
Can I resize the poster to a different size?
Yes! I include multiple ratios so you can change and print in different sizes without losing quality. If you need help, or a special size for your project, let me know.
PDF Print vs JPEG
PDF keeps exact dimensions and crisp text, while JPEG is universally viewable and easy to print at home.
How will I receive my purchase?
Your posters deserve the best quality, not the Etsy 20 MB cap. That’s why I’ve decided to share them through Google Drive. The link is included in the PDF you’ll receive after purchase.
How do I access my purchased files?
You can use free software like Adobe Reader for PDFs or any photo viewer for JPEGs. If you have trouble, just message me and I’ll help.
Best choice when printing?
You can print at home (JPEG), or at a local print shop, or through online printing services. For professional results, use the PDF Print file.
Do you accept returns / exchanges?
Because these are digital files, I can’t accept returns or exchanges. But if you have any issues, please contact me, I’ll make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
