Care instructions are sent with each order. If you need me to e-mail them again, please contact me, and I'm happy to do that.

Refund policy on abandoned packages

If I receive the parcel back, you will receive a partial refund that deducts all costs of shipping and handling as well as a $20 Canadian restocking/refreshing fee, and if there is damage to the contents, that will be assessed and deducted up to 100% depending on the amount and whether I can repair the item.

Commissions

I currently am not doing elaborate designed commissions because I'm trying to complete the designs the Lord is currently giving me; however, I will make the occasional exception if I can work it into things. Any graphic designing I do on commissions becomes my copyright for my continued use if I choose.

"My order is on the way, but I had an emergency/changed my mind/etc. What can I do?"

Please contact me immediately for instructions. They will include specifics on returning the unopened package with full insurance and tracking. Your refund will be deducted a $20 Canadian restocking/refreshing fee, and if there is any damage to the contents excluding a shipping fault that will be covered by the insurance, that will be assessed when I receive it back and deducted accordingly, up to 100%, resulting in no refund or a partial refund.
