Thank you for considering a commission or adopting one of my creations! Please read the following terms before purchasing.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal, Etsy, or another agreed-upon payment method.
Custom commissions require a non-refundable downpayment before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
Commissions
Please provide as much reference material and information as possible.
Progress updates and work-in-progress screenshots will be shared throughout the commission.
Minor revisions during the process are welcome.
Major design changes or requests after significant progress has been made may require an additional fee.
Estimated completion times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on workload, communication, and revision requests.
I reserve the right to decline any commission.
❌ Refund Policy
Downpayments are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available once work has started.
If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a refund for any work that has not yet been completed.
Premade & Adoptable Models
Premade models are sold as exclusive, one-owner designs unless otherwise stated.
Once purchased, the listing will be removed and the model will not be resold.
Minor customizations may be available before delivery for an additional fee, depending on the request.
✔ Commercial Use
Commercial use is included for paid commissions and purchased models unless otherwise stated. This includes streaming, videos, social media, monetized content, and branding for your VTuber persona.
Free Assets
Unless otherwise stated, free assets are provided for personal use only.
You may use them for personal projects, streaming, videos, and social media content. However, they may not be:
Sold, resold, or redistributed.
Used on merchandise or products for sale.
Re-uploaded as standalone downloads.
Claimed as your own work.
If commercial use is included, it will be clearly stated on the download page or listing.
License
By purchasing or downloading my work, you are purchasing a license to use it—you do not receive ownership of the original artwork or files.
Original project files (such as .vroid files) are not included unless explicitly stated.
❌ Prohibited Uses
The following are not permitted:
Reselling or redistributing my files.
Claiming my work as your own.
Using my work for AI training or machine learning.
Using my work for hateful, illegal, or harmful content.
Using my work in ways that violate public order or applicable laws.
License Violations
I reserve the right to revoke the license to use my work if these Terms of Service are violated, including (but not limited to):
Unauthorized redistribution or resale.
Fraudulent chargebacks.
Deliberate misuse of my work intended to harm my business or reputation.
Harassment or defamatory actions directly involving my work or business.
File Information
Unless otherwise stated:
3D models are delivered as .VRM files.
Original .vroid project files are not included.
Certain features (such as custom ear or tail movement) require compatible software, such as VNyan, to function.
Credit
Credit is always appreciated but is not required unless otherwise stated. However, you may not claim that you created or designed my artwork or models yourself.
