How can I track my order? Why is my USPS tracking number not updating?
Your tracking number will be displayed once your order has been shipped. Once it arrives at
the destination country your local post office will be the one responsible for the delivery of the
package.
Your parcel is shipped via express mail from Spain to the US with a different tracking number.
Once the item arrives in the USA, the USPS tracking will update. Unfortunately, we cannot
provide two tracking numbers for the same order. Rest assured, the tracking information will
update and it will arrive inside the estimated time given from the start. If there is any problem,
don’t hesitate to contact us.
