Switched from the capsule handles v2 and all of the parts switched over perfect (with a little bit of sawing off some plastic bits) but that’s only because I had the v2 capsules not the newest ones. However once I got them together the bearings are such a game changer I cannot recommend this product enough if you even slightly enjoy using handles with your poi!

When I ordered I accidentally did not specify which reflective color (black or grey) for my yellow reflective poi and Brit-n-Kel were SO helpful with the exchange. The poi are so beautiful and so high quality. I cannot wait to order more props from them just for their customer service, they make everything a breeze. 😭

I had ordered the raw material and put in the notes what my intentions were and Brit reached out to let me know that they could provide the entire product it would just cost a little extra. Which was awesome because I was not confident on how to install it! Haha they came in and were super easy to switch out on my poi. Really happy with the results and customer service! Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsI love these palm torches. These are definitely an upgrade from my first pair of palm torches I bought from another seller. I got the finger loops with medium isis wicks. These are so comfortable to flow with! The flame is the perfect size and they have a good burn time. I definitely recommend!

All LED components are warrantied by the manufacturer directly.

Return and Exchange Policy
We do welcome returns and exchanges. Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unused condition. We will request photos and videos prior to authorizing the return/exchange. Some props may require a 20% restocking fee if you wish to return them. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All LED chips are non-returnable. If the chip is malfunctioning, please reach out to us and we will assist you with a warranty claim with the original manufacturer.
Puppyhammer VersaTethers do not qualify for our Return/Exchange Policy due to the extremely customized length, making it difficult to re-sell. We highly encourage you to determine your ideal length with a rope or using our basic Youtube video on "How to size your Puppyhammer".
Lost and Damaged Packages
Flow on Fire is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will assist you with filing a missing mail claim. If you know you live in an area prone to theft, please message us to purchase Signature Verification.
Shipping
Domestic (USA) orders that qualify for free-shipping will be mailed the most economical option, that will vary depending upon location and size / weight of package.
Priority Mail 2-4 day includes the standard $100 insurance. If you need your package to be insured for more, please select the upgrade option that specifies the insured total or msg us
