Due to Australia’s strict biosecurity regulations, I’m unfortunately unable to ship any plant materials to Australia at this time. Since I cannot exclude these listings specifically from being purchased, I will need to cancel and refund these orders.

For shell items, please ensure you check your local import rules before placing an order, as certain shell types may be restricted. I always package shells carefully, ensure they are cleaned, and label all contents clearly to help with customs processing—but it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm what is permitted.

IMPORTANT SHOP UPDATE - EU (EUROPEAN UNION ONLY) COUNTRIES

Effective 13th December 2024, I regret to inform you that my shop can no longer sell to customers in the EU, including Northern Ireland. This change is due to the new GPRS regulations directly impacting my business operations.

Unfortunately, any orders from these regions will need to be cancelled. I deeply apologise to my wonderful European Union customers for this inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

I hope to resume shipping to these countries in the future, should circumstances allow.

Please note that non-EU European and other countries worldwide will not be affected.
