My package never arrived. Was very excited for it but I don't think it was the sellers fault, it was probably lost in the mail.

Unfortunately, I was not given an opportunity to resolve this before a review was posted. In the rare cases that a package is lost in transit, I am always happy to replace or refund. In this case, a refund was granted within hours of being notified of the lost package. I am just a single 1-person business and cannot control the postal service, but I can do my best to make things right for my customers.
