IMPORTANT: Custom orders cannot be changed once placed, so please be absolutely sure your spelling and text is 100% correct. Photo proofs and size charts are provided for buyer approval on every custom design prior to purchase (via Etsy message or in the custom listing). Refunds will not be given due to buyer error, dissatisfaction with the item upon arrival, or incorrect size selections. Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the items are defective or damaged. Photographs of defects/damage must be provided within 14 days of receipt. If there is ever a problem with a custom order please let me know as soon as possible!

No! All of my items are designed and printed using the highest quality sublimation and Direct-to-Garment printing processes available in the industry today. These designs will not peel, crackle or fade.

If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact me within 14 days of receiving it and provide photos of the issue. My sincere hope is that you will allow me to send you a replacement. If replacing your item isn't an option, I will give you an immediate refund.

Please be sure to select the correct size for apparel. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for items purchased in the wrong size. Size charts are provided for every item. Measure a favorite item you already own to help you pick a size.

Delivery times on Etsy are estimates based on printer production schedules and shipper guidelines.

No one gets more upset by slow shipping than I do! However, I can't make delivery date guarantees because I don't control USPS, DHL, etc. Please order early to allow for delays.

Refunds will not be provided for orders that are shipped within the estimated production window posted in each listing, but arrive late due to an unforeseen delay with the shipper.

Express Shipping options are available on certain items. I cannot guarantee arrival dates for Express Shipping orders, but I can say it provides faster service than standard shipping.

Always doublecheck your shipping address prior to placing your order! I will work with my printing partner to try and correct your address as soon as you let me know, but sometimes it's too late.

If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, I am not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to my printing partner and I have no way of recovering them.

If this ever happens, please message me immediately so we can work toward a resolution.

This year's holiday shipping deadline is December 7th, 2024. Order placed after that may not arrive in time for Christmas. Order early to make sure your gifts arrive in time!
