Will my order have a tracking number?
All orders DO NOT have a tracking number unless you opt for TRACKED SHIPPING during checkout. Tracked shipping is 3sgd more and please do try to use tracked shipping as i want your items to reach you safely!!
Do note that i will not be responsible for lost packages that do not have a tracking number!
How long is the shipping period?
It may take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
In rare cases, it might take up to 6-8 weeks.
Please check with your neighbours or local post office if you have not received your items after a month or two.
If you have chosen tracked mailing and your item has not arrived after a long period of time or has gotten lost, I am able to raise an enquiry to Singpost! Do dm me and we will figure things out!
If you have chosen standard mailing, do note that I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost mail! I have no control of the packages once they leave my hands.
