The Item quality only received 4 stars because the pad on the back which is authentic to the instrument, came off just a few days after we received it. However, it was a very nice added touch to the pendant which is still wearable without it! (I did not request customer service) My order was filled right away!

Gift wrapping and packaging
I send all products in lovely gift boxes ready for giving right out of the package.
Care instructions
I store my necklaces in airtight plastic bags and Polish as needed. I provide a blue pre-treated polish with each purchase and this very quickly and easily takes off any tarnish from wear and time. I clean my chains with Tarn-X or an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
