LumenEver began in the presence of loss, but it did not end there.
I have known grief, love, and the quiet weight that comes with remembering those who are no longer physically here. Creating angel wing wreaths and resin keepsakes began as a way to honour that love — to give it form, texture, and somewhere gentle to rest.
Along the way, I realised something else was asking to be expressed.
Grief does not only teach us how to remember.
It teaches us how fragile, precious, and unfinished life is.
I found myself thinking often about the lives still being lived — about the things we put off, the words we don’t say, the dreams we carry quietly because we’re afraid of judgement, failure, or getting it wrong.
I am not an expert.
I am still learning.
I’m still learning how to live with courage.
How to forgive.
How to appreciate what is already here.
How to keep going when life feels heavy.
LumenEver exists in that space — between remembrance and becoming.
Each piece I create, whether it is a handcrafted keepsake or a page of written words, is an offering of light. Not a promise that life will be easy, but a reminder that light endures — even in the hardest seasons.
This work is for those we remember, and for the lives still unfolding.
For the moments that mattered, and the ones still waiting to be lived.
It is an honour to create for others what I once searched for myself.
