While I had the unfortunate experience of my package getting lost with USPS, Jordi’s customer service was SPOT ON with working with me and doing what we could to locate it. Quick to respond, extremely helpful, very nice. The YouTube tutorial for cutting instructions was very helpful and to the point. My cutting and creasing skills aren’t the best but regardless, i absolutely recommend this product and this shop hands down!

The shop seller made it so easy and held my hand basically as they walked me through the steps, which were all relatively easy, i just was worried I'd mess it up on my end - im so happy with my items and can't wait to bring more of my ideas to life with this shop
